WARNING — CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER SHOPPING HERE. I paid for my purchases through the Starbucks app, and afterward I discovered five separate unauthorized charges of $25 each on different days — $125 total. I’m visiting Miami, and this happened only after using the app to pay at this specific location. I did not authorize any of these $25 charges. If you pay through the Starbucks app at this location, check your credit card statements carefully. Be careful. You’ve been warned.

Today (Friday, August 7th) at late 7:00 PM to early 8:00 PM, the female cashier/subordinator of “Mel” intentionally ignored me when I called her (by saying “excuse me” thrice). The cashier is dark-haired and a bit short. I am aware that she was with a customer but she wasn’t speaking to them at the moment since she was doing something on the tablet in the midst of their order. I had a quick question to ask the cashier. However, she shouldn’t have ignored me. I would’ve appreciated the bare minimum such as, “I’m with a customer. I will assist you shortly” (although that is obvious that she is with a customer). I was about to meet up with a friend to order, but I left.

This was the worst experience and it’s not the first time. The staff treated me with hostility, and the coffee was of poor quality. They are slow and lazy. This is the worst place in the entire region. I asked them to remove a little bit of the ice, and the employee actually started arguing with me. All I asked was for them to take out a little ice. Afterward, I added some of the "half-and-half" that is available for customers, and the employees started shouting at me from inside the shop, acting as if I were stealing something. I was wearing headphones and was in the middle of a phone call. I do not recommend it, and I will avoid this place.

Wasn’t thinking that I’ll be writing the review about one cup of coffee…but here we go. Ordered protein latte at this location. As soon as I got in my car noticed that drink has a weird taste. Opened the cup and it appeared to be a mass that looks like a ball of a spoiled overheated milk. I didn’t have time to come back to the store so I had a chat with support, the directed me to call, I called, they directed me to come back to the store. And I’m not even in that city anymore! The guy on the phone said I can’t offer the resolution since you are not a member. But you can sell the coffee to a non members? They just keep skipping the resolution to someone else. Called the store , no response. Feel that I just threw my money in the garbage. Terrible coffee, terrible service. Disappointed!

Excellent drinks and food They now have whole milk, which they didn’t a few weeks ago, Which means the owner is diligent It has pleasant friendly service and well dressed staff And It has nice outside seating terrace A little problem is a certain lack of cleanliness , especially in the outer terrace area.
